A Look Back at The Agency’s 2024 Charitable and Philanthropic Endeavors
43 Homes Built with Giveback Homes
In 2024, we continued our longstanding partnership with Giveback Homes , a nonprofit that works to create social change by building homes for deserving families worldwide. The Agency was the first real estate brokerage to join Giveback Homes, and since then, we have worked side by side to help create stronger, more vibrant communities.
Thanks to our dedicated agents, clients, and partners, we’re proud to have completed the construction of 43 homes around the world in 2024.
2024: A Year of Action
Our efforts in 2024 have been as diverse as the communities we serve, with a strong focus on both local and global causes. This past year, The Agency rallied together for Build Days, where teams of volunteers came together to construct homes for families in need, in partnership with our philanthropic partner, Giveback Homes.
Our agents, staff, and community members came out in full force in locations like Miami, Maui, Naples, Los Angeles, Las Vegas , Austin, Aspen, Northern California, Charlotte , Toronto, and Scottsdale . These Build Days not only provided housing for local families in need but also fostered a sense of camaraderie and purpose among The Agency’s global team.

In April, in honor of Earth Day, The Agency took part in our annual Global Clean-Up Day, a volunteer-driven initiative aimed at preserving the environment.

Teams from 20 different locations—including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean—joined forces to clean up parks, beaches, and urban spaces. Together, we collected over 1,100 pounds of trash, dedicating hundreds of volunteer hours to environmental stewardship.

As 2025 began, our Los Angeles communities were confronted with devastating wildfires, which destroyed many neighborhoods and displaced thousands. In January, The Agency took action to support those impacted, launching a series of initiatives to provide immediate relief and long-term support for affected agents, staff, clients, and their families. These efforts included esta blishing a local Donation Center to provide essential supplies to affected families, launching a fund to aid in rebuilding L.A. communities and creating an online Resource Guide to guide those looking to receive or give support.
As we look ahead to 2025, The Agency is focused on expanding our impact and continuing to give back to the communities we call home. To discover more about our philanthropic work or to make a donation, visit TheAgencyGives.com .
