Ascaya’s Canyon Residences Named Among Top 5 Luxury Developments Launching in 2025

Mansion Global spotlighted the top five luxury developments launching in 2025, and The Canyon Residences at Ascaya made the list. This highly anticipated project in Henderson, Nevada, encompasses 51 horizontal condos that merge high-rise and single-family living. The Agency Development Group is representing the development, with sales expected to launch in the first half of 2025. Positioned across elevated terraces in the Las Vegas Valley about 20 minutes from the Strip, the condos, within the guard-gated mountainside community of Ascaya, are available in three styles—garden, villa and penthouse—and seven floor plans.

“These homes unfold like jewel boxes into their natural surroundings, seamlessly blending expansive indoor-outdoor living with advanced smart-home technology and comprehensive maintenance and residential services,” said Sam Brown, development lead at Ascaya. 

Designed for a lock-and-leave lifestyle, the condos, which range from 3,391 square feet to 4,407 square feet, carry price tags that are expected to start in the high $2 millions. The residences, developed by Ascaya and designed and built by Blue Heron, come with expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, disappearing glass walls and canyon views. In addition, they have a host of resort-style amenities ranging from dual primary suites with private outdoor access to great rooms with 12-foot ceilings and fireplaces. Other features include outdoor kitchens, smart-home technology and two-car garages.

Owners have access to all the amenities at the development, which encompasses 680 acres. They include five pools—each with an eight-person spa—two wellness parks, walking trails, a 23,000-square-foot clubhouse, a tennis and pickleball pavilion, a fitness center, bars and dining areas.
