Inman Connect San Diego 2025 brought together some of the real estate industry’s sharpest minds—so naturally, The Agency’s own were front and center. Packed with a dynamic lineup of panels, the multi-day event offered insight into how top producers are navigating today’s evolving market.

Touching on rising inventory and slowing sales, Jeff Davidson took the stage to cut through the headlines and explain the nuances of the current market. Jeff discussed how agents can still find success by identifying hidden opportunities and adapting quickly. His firsthand insights gave attendees a boost of confidence and a real-time look into tactics that are working now.

Managing Director of The Agency Muskoka, Holly Carroll , inspired the crowd with a powerful session on mindset titled “Closing Deals – It Starts with Belief.” After leading the audience through a short meditation, Holly unpacked how success begins internally—with clear personal goals, confidence, and client-focused communication. Her advice encouraged agents to look inward, believe in their innate value, and approach every appointment with intention.

Eric Haskell wowed the audience with his approach to redefining client relationships. Eric shared tips for how agents can build loyalty and stand out from competitors by making clients feel seen and heard. His tips on personalized service and trust-building strategies sparked conversations on how to turn everyday interactions into long-lasting good impressions.

The Agency’s President, Rainy Austin , dug into the power of automation and efficiency in her session, “The Agent as Consultant.” She made a case for leveraging tools like AI to handle certain organizational aspects so agents themselves can spend more time in areas that benefit from a human touch, such as advising clients face-to-face and crafting effective, bespoke marketing campaigns.
